ITERLENG ICA South Africa:

This week we have been consumed with our PSP process for 2007-09.   We have had different facilitators to do different parts. We spent Tuesday with our various key partners reviewing, seeking to strengthen our  relationships and seeking their ideas for our future.  On Wednesday, we held a staff review of the last quarter of the year, with a focus on lessons for the future.  On Thursday and Friday, the four part PSP took place, as well as a review of our Vision, Mission, Values and Strategic Objectives, all of which have been strengthened.  It is a time of great change and great opportunity.  We look forward to sharing the outcome with all of you and hearing your feedback.
