Jo Nelson facilitated a strategic
Planning retreat for peel Health Department. The group has several people
trained in ToP methods so the workshops went very well and the group was able to
go into substantial depth. She also facilitated an action planning review

With best wishes for the festive season to all our readers...
We have been quite
international over the past few weeks. Jonathan attended the ICA African Regional
Meeting in Togo, then spent ten days in Ghana with Sightsavers International,
before travelling to Zimbabwe to help facilitate a new strategic plan for ICAZim
and to train some of their staff and volunteers on Group Facilitation
Methods.
Martin has been busy completing a series of in-house contracts,
attending the ICA Europe Interchange in Belgium, and finalising our Annual
Report for 2006-2007
Amelia meanwhile has been taking the Youth Programme forward
with a mixture of fundraising, delivery and preparation of events and Clare has
been taking care of the office admin.
Next week we all meet for our final staff
meeting of the year to review progress and plan the first quarter of 2008
