PERU:

Location: Chincha Earthquake Relief

The Promoters are maintaining their pace of building over 300 houses per week in the Chincha Alta Earthquake zone.  The work ethic of the 60 un-paid promoters is awesome!

In a meeting with the top executives of the government reconstuction agency, very strong interest was expressed in using the 30-2-5 project organization method which ICA staff have used so effectively in Chincha Alta, which could lead to a very large roll for ICA training and project management in the 5 year reconstruction process.
