PERU:
Location: 100 Valleys
The staff met this week to design a new marketing campaign to begin to involve
the 51 collaborating organizations in the 100 Valleys Project. The first step
will be to use the VISION program to expose the staff of the organizations to
the ToP methods and to equip them to improve their performance in their service
areas. This will then give us a common understanding for our work together in
the 100 Valleys Project. The first VISION program is scheduled for 7-11 May for
20 participants. Additional VISION programs will follow every two weeks, as
there are hundreds of people in the other NGOs who need to be trained to do
effective particpatory planning for their client communities.
